Ten Destiny Members Receive RE/MAX Platinum Club Award

Platinum Club Membership is exclusive.  In 2015, only 7% of RE/MAX New England’s 2,700+ agents are recipients.

Meet the Best of the Best for 2015

The RE/MAX Integra 2015 Top 25 List for Individuals and Teams is out. We are very proud to acknowledge our members who are among the best of the best in New England. Join us in celebrating those who reached the top for all of 2015: Patti Reilly #9, Dave Shorey #13 and Sandrine Deschaux #20, in the individual sales volume category.  Ellen, Janis & Josh Real Estate gained the #2 spot in Massachusetts and #3, and David Lilley came in at #19 in New England. Congratulations all!

Just to give you a little perspective, there are over 200 offices and 2,700 RE/MAX agents in New England. Over all, RE/MAX agents sell more properties than any other brand.  So getting into the top 25 for the year is a major accomplishment that raises the bar for all of us here at RE/MAX Destiny and beyond.

 

Paul’s Somerville Condo Trends – August 2015

Somerville inventory was down 3.5% compared to August of last year. The number of condos that went “Under Agreement” remained in positive territory up 13%. Condo sales month to date were unchanged. Whereas sales year to date showed a negative 19% below August of last year. The average sales price increased by 10% to $516,018. The average sold square foot price went up $32 to $477 per square foot with an average unit size of 1,221 square feet.

Cambridge Condo Trends – October 2013

Cambridge Condo Trends 10-13 Cambridge Summary: Inventory has gone from little to less, down 62% from a year ago. ~ The median list price jumped 37 with days on market being just about two months before going off market. Properties going under agreement remains down by 26%.

Cambridge condo sales, month to date were down 20% with the year to date losing two points, up 4% over last year’s number. The median sale price was up almost 19%.. ~ Multiple offers and quick sales kept the original price to sale price higher than normal at 103%. ~ The average square foot price was $523 per SF with an average condo size of 1.158 SF.
