We are pleased to announce that David Lilley has Joined RE/MAX Destiny.

David began his real estate career in 1981 and quickly became a consistent market leader.                                     His career is quite impressive and covers all areas of real estate including development, residential sales and marketing, property management, and real estate finance. In addition to providing a wealth of experience to his clients, David has consistently earned the industry’s top awards for sales performance including; The Exemplar Society Award, Coldwell Banker Diamond Society, which is exclusively awarded to the top 8% of CBRB agents worldwide.

David attended the University of Massachusetts and has completed programs at Harvard Graduate School of Design in Real Estate Development, Northeastern University for Construction Supervision, and he also holds an active Massachusetts Construction Supervision License. David is a lifelong learner and has earned the following Realtor designations: Certified Residential Broker-CRB, Graduate Realtor Institute – GRI, Certified Residential Broker-CRB, and the National Association of Realtor’s Green Designation.

Please join us in welcoming Erik Williams to RE/MAX Destiny.                                                                                        Erik is a lifelong resident of Massachusetts, earning his undergraduate degree in business from Boston University and his MBA from Babson College. Erik joined the Cambridge real estate community in 2011 and prides himself on his open and consistent communication, creative problem solving skills and empathy. His past clients have found him to be an effective negotiator and a natural leader, assuring that transactions go smoothly and favorably.

Erik enjoys the vibrancy and energy of city life and takes frequent advantage of the great restaurant scene and cultural offerings. Erik is also passionate about the environment and sustainable building practices and has completed graduate work at the Boston Architectural College. He stays current with the constantly evolving field of real estate through frequent participation in continuing education and professional development. Erik brings all of his academic and professional experiences together to provide his clients with a well-rounded real estate perspective. Erik is a member of the Boston Society of Architects and the Friends of Fresh Pond.

When asked why he joined Erik said, “I joined RE/MAX Destiny to better serve my clients. RE/MAX provides all the tools and support to make me more productive and to provide an even higher level of service to my clients. My most important goal is client satisfaction and RE/MAX Destiny supports me in delivering on it.”

Please join us in welcoming Joe Fallon to RE/MAX Destiny. Joe will be                                                                     joining us at our soon to be open Jamaica Plain office where he has been a resident for 10 years. Joe started his career in real estate as a rental department manager and has grown into a top producing real estate consultant.

Prior to real estate, Joe’s professional background consisted of Business Management and Special Event planning and marketing. From budgeting and forecasting to operations and logistics, Joe’s resume seems to have been preparing him for his current role in real estate.

Joe is very active in the Jamaica Plain community as a neighbor as well as a business person and is often quoted by local media outlets like NPR, JP Gazette, and JP Patch. A strong supporter of the arts, he also curates many shows in the area and has been known to perform as well.

When asked why he joined, Joe said “I have always thought that RE/MAX had a great presence in the market, as well as a very well done Television ad campaign that reminds people of why. But another important reason for my joining the RE/MAX team is because of the many RE/MAX agents I have been lucky enough to work within the past on the other side of transactions I have been involved in. They have always been professional, competent and friendly, showing strong relationships with their clients. These are all attributes I like to maintain for myself as well. All of these reasons, in addition to how well RE/MAX agents speak of their experiences with the company made my decision to join and easy one.”
